| Janet Ward Mooney, BSc |

Janet is a highly skilled and experienced trainer and web developer, with a diverse knowledge of business, design, and Web software. Janet graduated from SCD Dun Laoghaire with a diploma in Multimedia and Web Development. She also has BSc (Multimedia) from The Swansea Metropolitan University. Janet has four years training experience and comes to New Horizons Ireland after serving with some of the most well-known training organisations in the county, including Portobello Institute and Ormond Business School.

Jackson, who hails from Brazil, has more than twenty years of experience in developing and delivering technical training. Throughout his career Jackson has continually strived to improve and expand his technical and training skills. In 2000 he was recognised as one of the top three technical trainers in Brazil. Since his move to Ireland Jackson has further expanded his range of skills and welcomes any opportunities to pass on his knowledge and experience.

| Abdul Afroze: MCT |

Abdul has many years’ experience as both instructor and consultant, developer and programmer, in his native India, Africa, the Middle East, and also in Europe. Abdul draws on his extensive experience and knowledge to instruct students in cutting-edge information and communications technologies. Abdul has most recently been working on development projects in ASP.NET 3.5 and SharePoint 2010.

Haitham brings many years of experience, in a wide diversity of learning and consulting backgrounds, to New Horizons. He has trained in schools, colleges and private training companies. He completed his Bachelor Degree in IT spending three years in Colton University in the USA. Haitham has started his Master’s degree in Advanced Networking with the Open University in the UK and most recently was recognized at an international level as one of the top 25 instructors’ worldwide.

| Masud Ahmed: RHCE |

Since his first encounter with a Slackware Linux system nearly two decades ago, Masud has held a very keen interest in Linux computing. After reading Law at the University of Oxford, he welcomed the opportunity to revisit this earlier interest and was very pleasantly surprised to be able to make a career out of it! Having worked as System Administrator in environments operating Red Hat, Suse and Scientific Linux as well as Microsoft, Masud brings a wealth of practical experience to backup the knowledge he has gained over several years as Linux Instructor at a Red Hat Approved Training Centre. Masud is currently working towards Red Hat Certified Architect certification, the highest certification available in the Linux field.

John is a very skilled and versatile trainer with over 15 years experience of teaching a broad range of clients, in a wide variety of training environments. As an ECDL Test Centre Manager and pre-testing tutor, John was involved in helping large numbers of people to achieve their certification aims. John has also been involved in a number of major technology roll-outs, including the implementation of the patient records system in the NHS in the UK.
With a knack for engaging students in their own learning and making all manner of topics clear, John aims to make training as efficient, rewarding and fun as possible.

A dedicated Mentor with a passion for IT, with the credentials and a positive attitude to back it up. Darragh is a great resource for students with frontline experience dealing with end users as well as a wealth of hands on certification experience including CompTIA, Cisco and Microsoft. Darragh is currently working towards Cisco Security Specializations and other advanced networking certifications.

Ronnie is a highly skilled and experienced trainer with a wide ranging knowledge of business, design, and Web software, who has twelve years of solid experience in the management and delivery of all levels of applications training. He has a proven ability to engage students in the classroom, combined with a thorough understanding of learning principles. His adaptability and flexibility in the delivery of tailored and customised courses, and excellent self-management skills have led him to develop a strong task-oriented focus on the key training elements of preparation, delivery, and evaluation. Ronnie has excellent communication and presentation skills and a genuine enthusiasm for working with people in the learning environment.
